molfar.io acquires Health4Tech, strengthening expertise in digital healthcare

December 19, 2018. molfar.io announces the acquisition of Health4Tech, one of the world’s leading software development company in the sphere of Healthcare & Fitness. The acquisition will be finished until the end of 2018.

In the company’s roadmap, Healthcare is one of the key domains that we plan to cover. Health4Tech founded in 2014 in Berlin (Germany) by the team of graduates of University Medical Center Freiburg (Universitätsklinikum Freiburg). The company provides smart solutions in the sphere of eHealth, mHealth, Digital health, Cybermedicine, and Fitness. Company’s vision — make the digital health revolution a reality. Mission — improve the use of information technologies, smart devices, and communication tools to aid healthcare professionals and patients manage illnesses and health risks, as well as promote health and wellbeing worldwide.
For these nearly 5 years, the company has created more than 10 products of various sizes: from small mobile applications to complex CRM-systems for managing clinics and patients databases. Health4Tech serves clients from US, Germany, UK, Italy, Denmark, and Australia.
As part of the acquisition, the whole Health4Tech team joins the molfar.io, working as a separate unit. All the IP and portfolio becomes the property of the molfar.io. The name Health4Tech keeps as a brand to represent the narrow domain specialization and expertise for clients.
